Play Respectfully

Treat other players with respect. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, or target others with hateful or abusive conduct.

Profiles, Messages, and Invitations

Use appropriate usernames and profile content. Do not impersonate people or organizations, spam, share illegal or harmful material, attempt to access another account, or misuse direct invitations, friend features, join codes, ratings, or game systems.

Moderators and Spoilers

Moderators should guide investigations fairly, use the Evidence Briefing responsibly, and protect the solution. Players should not deliberately reveal a solution where it disrupts other players' enjoyment.

Enforcement and Reporting

Case Closed may restrict access or use moderation tools, including kicking or banning participants, to protect players and the service. Report a problem through Account > Feedback in the Android app or contact support@caseclosedapp.com.
