Using Case Closed

Case Closed is a native Android game distributed through Google Play. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create or use a registered Case Closed account.

How Cases Are Played

Standard Case Closed investigations are designed for a Moderator and one or more Investigators. Moderators use the Evidence Briefing to guide the investigation without revealing the solution. Players can join with a join code or accept a direct case invitation from a friend. Solo play is available only for supported AI Moderator cases and eligible accounts, or through solo side modes.

Accounts and Conduct

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not harass others, impersonate people or organizations, spam, misuse invitations or join codes, attempt to access another account, publish spoilers where they disrupt other players, or use the service unlawfully. See the Community Guidelines.

AI Moderator

AI Moderator is available only for supported cases and accounts with the required access. It may be unavailable, change, or make imperfect responses. It is a game feature, not professional advice. Do not submit sensitive personal information in game messages.

Purchases, Subscriptions, and Ads

Purchases and subscriptions are handled through Google Play. Google Play's pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, restoration, and payment rules apply. Deleting your Case Closed account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Access can end after expiration, cancellation, refund, revocation, failed verification, or other Google Play action. Ads may be shown according to the access and entitlement rules available for your account.

Availability and Changes

Cases, AI Moderator, side modes, rooms, rewards, subscriptions, ad experiences, and other features may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Case Closed is provided as available. We may suspend or end access for violations, safety concerns, fraud, abuse, or service protection. We may update these Terms and will provide notice or request a new acceptance when required.
